Chyanne Dix, APRN, FNP-c

Chyanne, APRN, is an Autonomous Certified Family Practice Nurse Practitioner. She has always had a passion for helping others and health actualization. Her passion led her to attain a Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Florida A&M University in Tallahassee, Florida, and then to become a Registered Nurse. As a Registered Nurse, she was privileged to work in critical care. Feeling she could have a more impactful role in a patient's health, she received her Masters in Nursing from the University of South Florida. Chyanne became an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse Practitioner and specialized in Men's Health, Weight Loss, and Aesthetic Nursing.
Seeking a more holistic treatment of the patient, she became more interested in the art of functional medicine, especially vitamin nutrition, weight loss, and its application to patient health. Chyanne knew this was her calling all along. Today she meets with patients to discuss their needs and determines and prescribes an individualized treatment plan to help them reach their goals on their journey to wellness.
